I cook a mean roast beef in my cr...I'm impressed!! I cook a mean roast beef in my crock. Just put the roast in the pot. Add a chopped onion and a can of mushroom pieces. Then, top off with a can of Campbell's Beefy Mushroom Soup. The other thing I cook is Santa Fe Stew -- more like chili. It makes a lot! and freezes well.
