Case in point, #1:

I saw this at Barnes & Noble Tuesday night:

so grabbed it immediately. I've read up to chapter 11, so far, and am enjoying it. If you've never read Laurie's blog, then I'd highly recommend catching up on her archives -- she's a talented writer and highly entertaining.

Case in point, #2:

I'm going up to see the Yarn Harlot tonight, on the Falls Church leg of her book tour. Should be fun! I hope to report back here about it within a day or so.

Later!

Thanks for the Heads Up on Laurie's Book. I've been reading her forever.

Can't wait to hear all about your Harlot adventure. Tell ALL!!

My copy came in yesterday. I'm into the second section - Unraveled, I believe she called it.

It's lots of fun, just what you'd have hoped from Crazy Aunt Purl.

I'm so jealous. In a perfectly good "fiber" way... I can't wait to hear your tales of the Harlot in Person. :)

I am absolutely green with envy. I so badly wanted to see and hear the Harlot. Know it was a wonderful experience--how could it not be? Except for Northern VA traffic, that's a downer. But for The Harlot well worth the effort. Can't wait to hear your comments!

Am also eager to read Crazy Aunt Purl.

How was the YH? Wanted to go but was still in FL. Laurie's blog is so much fun to read, but really touching as well. Gotta get a copy of the book.
